Gamma Pi's Project ENRICH programtakes place monthly on Saturdays at Bowie State University. About 100 Prince George's County students participate in the college enrichment program each year at the university. As the President of the National Dental Association, Brother Dr. Ed Chappelle has been making the rounds across the country speaking to various chapters of the distinguished organization of African American dentists. Brother Gordon Everett is the Immediate Past Basileus of Gamma Pi chapter and is also the President of the National Alumni Association for Winston-Salem State University. Adams
Brother Earl Adams, Jr has been a major moverand shaker behind the scenes of Maryland State Governoment as Chief of Staff to Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown. Brother Adams' departure from state government was just announced, as he is leaving for bigger and better things to head to a downtown Baltimore law firm and re-enter private practice.

Davis
Brother Derrick Leon Davis, a lifelong native of Prince George's County, won a special election primary for the Democratic Party for the District 6 County Council seat in 2012. He won full election to the Council seat and is now serving in that capacity.

Ambassador Taylor
Brother Teddy B. Taylor, past Basileus of Gamma Pi, served as a U.S. Ambassador in Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu from 2009-2012. In the article below, he commented on the 2011 capture and killing of Bin Laden while he was serving in that post.
