Who is the Best team in the NBA in the early going?

You can start with OKC. They have the best record and right behind them are the Bulls. Interestingly, boith those teams lost in the conference finals to the eventual Finals teams. Maybe this year is their time to step up?  I vote for the OKC Thunder. They are made up very much like the old Bulls with two bona fide stars and a bunch of good role players.
