Gamma Pi Brings Huge Helping of UPLIFT to Community Youth

The Brothers of Gamma Pi are dedicated to providing UPLIFT to youth and students. That was never more evident than on Saturday, March 2, when The Super Chapter counseled college-bound students during Project ENRICH at Bowie State University early in the morning and later during the afternoon showcased some outstanding student talent at the Annual Omega Talent Hunt, which was held at Charles H. Flowers High School in Springdale. It was another double-duty Saturday of community-focused events for Gamma PI Chapter. In the photos above, Brothers William Lloyd and Don Myles pose with Talent Hunt overall winner Christopher Brewster, who played a Chopin classical piece on piano. In the inset photo, Brother Lawrence Branch shares insights into "non traditional careers" with an attentive and engaging group of sophomore students at Project ENRICH's March session.
